Q: Do you have an FTP server?
A: Yes! Clients can be given access to our FTP server which allows them to upload large format images.

Q: What computer platforms do you use?
A: Mac and PC.

Q: What is the typical turnaround time?
A: Regular turnaround time is three business days. Please see our price sheet for detailed pricing on rush orders.

Q: Am I able to email you images for retouching?
A: Yes. Assuming they are below 10 MB, you may email them to: Shannon@gossretouching.com. For all files larger than 10 MB our FTP server would be the best way to deliver the images.

Q: Are you able to scan my images?
A: Prints can be scanned in-house. However, any negative scanning services would be out-sourced to a local photo lab.

Q: Can you retouch non-professional pictures?
A: Yes! If you have a snapshot from a family vacation, wedding, etc., we will gladly retouch and/or color correct it. Or if you have a favorite color photo that you would like converted to black and white, we can do that too. Please call us for a price quote on personal or non-professional projects.

Q: What is a price quote based on?
A: We estimate how long it will take to complete a job based on past work. It is not an exact science, but we do our best to give you an accurate estimate of how much work each image requires.

Q: How do I set up an account with Goss Retouching?
A: All businesses are eligible to set up an account with us. To qualify, you will need to fill out a credit application and provide two credit references. Please email us at: Shannon@gossretouching.com to receive the appropriate paperwork.
